Metropolist

Metropolist is situated within the historic Ederer Building on 1st Avenue South in Seattle, a structure dating back to 1919. Originally used for manufacturing large-scale cranes, the building retains one of these cranes as a distinctive industrial feature, contributing to the venue's urban character. The space combines industrial heritage with modern minimalistic design, featuring 14-foot walls, vaulted 25-foot ceilings, exposed piping, and warm wood floors.

The venue offers a flexible layout with both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing for a customizable event environment. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide expansive cityscape and street views, enhancing the urban atmosphere. The space's design balances an eco-conscious approach with industrial and modern elements, making it suitable for a variety of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.

Metropolist accommodates a wide range of celebrations such as baby showers, bridal showers, charity events, product launches, and retreats. The venue supports client-selected catering and permits bringing your own alcohol with a licensed server. It is equipped with amenities like A/V equipment, ample onsite parking, bridal suites, and onsite restrooms, ensuring practical functionality alongside its distinctive aesthetic.
